Honey Crisp Apples

I just ate what had to be the best apple I have ever eaten. It was a Honey Crisp variety. Growing up, I didn't know there were any other varieties besides red delicious and gala. Oh, I have been robbed! Now that I'm in apple country, I have the opportunity to experience all of the great possibilities of apples. The apple was slightly tangy and succulently sweet at the same time. It was also crisp and soooo good. They are a little expensive, but so much better than a damn red delicious.
