my sister and i had a conversation about the lack of faithfulness in marriages and relationships. she indicated that a number of her male friends in corporate america, who are married or in relationships, frequently have various sexual partners. many of them urged her to take a second, longer look at marriage and then choose not to do it. more than one of these men have told her that the ability to be faithful to one person forever is impossible. the key, however, is finding a mate that feels the same way so that there is an understanding. WOW! let's call this the worst kept secret in a sex-obsessed america. abc's primetime that was on tonight solidifies this fact. One of the feature stories was on a community of swingers. these couples most assurededly believe that by swinging their marriage is MORE committed and MORE fulfilling. sex in america seems to define your reality and identity. How Unfortunate!
